What makes Ultraseal different to other tyre conditioners that have proved not to work?

Previous products that have been found in the market place have caused many problems that Ultraseal have addressed.

Using a highly evolved mixture of chemical compounds, (24 in total) Ultraseal have developed a tyre product highly capable of working in unison with today’s high-speed tyres. Ultraseal use their patented thixotropic emulsion (Thixogel), which bonds each molecule of the product securely at high speed. Leading tyre manufacturer Dunlop tested with punctures in the tyres and reported no noticeable effect on handling and that the product was stable to speeds of 156 miles per hour!

Previously available products (and most current ones) simply dry and ball up at around 55-65mph leading to potentially lethal consequences when speeds are exceeded.

Is Ultraseal only a solution for sealing a damaged tyre?

No! Ultraseal is preventative maintenance for your tyres. It was designed primarily to be utilised prior to a tyre receiving damage from puncturing objects and/or interior damage caused from operating tyres which become under inflated.

When a puncture does occur, the Ultraseal coating encapsulates the puncturing foreign object until it is removed or ejected, Ultraseal is then forced into the wound by the action of the escaping air and the wound closes up (known as rubber recovery). This traps the Ultraseal clot. As the clot then cures it becomes non water-soluble protecting the inner structure from outside contaminants.

Can Ultraseal hide or mask a dangerous puncture?

No! It is virtually impossible for Ultraseal to mask or to hide a dangerous tyre puncture. 36+ years of worldwide usage combined with repeated testing have proven that Ultraseal will not seal a tyre, which has received a wound that would weaken the tyre's structure to a point that could potentially be dangerous.

Does Ultraseal extend tyre life and retard dry rot?

Yes! Tests performed by Independent laboratories have proven, without doubt, that Ultraseal will retard ageing within the inner structure of your tyres.

It has also been proven through independent testing that Ultraseal will reduce heat build up in your tyres and eliminate migrating air which is related directly to increasing your tyre and casing life.
